  • The failure* was attributed. to loose mounting bolts on the. micro-:-swit_ch and dirty switch contacts. Bolts* were tightened. and switch contact_s Clea1!_ed.

All switches were recalibrated to a setting of 180°F + 5° *in com-*

pliance with Tech. Spec. :'able 3. 2.1.. All. HPGT area temperature switches* shall continue* to be tested. during each refueling outage.
