None.of-lthe changes represented a decrease in effectiveness relative to the j 7 commitments in the existina approved plan. Thus the changes are consistent-  !

All of.-the proposed changes were as a result of an inspection conducted by RIv 4

.which had noted that the physical protection plan was outdated.

The regional inspector. agreed with the changes.
