7. Description of Occurrence: .

A leak was discovered at 0830 hrs. on 7/7/76 in the heat effected

one of valve CZ-65 (Resin Sluice Water to Spent- Resin Storage Tank) . .

The crack was approximately two inches long around the upstream weld j of CZ-65. ,
