Description of Occurrence:
A leak was discovered at 0830 hrs. on 7/7/76 in the heat effected
- one of valve CZ-65 (Resin Sluice Water to Spent-Resin Storage Tank).
The crack was approximately two inches long around the upstream weld j
of CZ-65.
