NRC MONTIILY OPERATING REPORT OPERATING

SUMMARY

MARCII 1999 UNIT ONE The unit began the month operating at full power. At 0842 hours0.00975 days <br />0.234 hours <br />0.00139 weeks <br />3.20381e-4 months <br /> on the twenty-fourth, a power reduction was commenced to replace the EIA feedwater hester level controller. After the controller was replaced, power was held at ~80% to perform the monthly turbine governor valve testing. After completion of tne testing, the unit retumed to full power at 1603 hours0.0186 days <br />0.445 hours <br />0.00265 weeks <br />6.099415e-4 months <br /> that same day. The unit operated the remainder of the month at full power.

There were no challenges to the primary system code safeties nor automatic sctuations of the electromatic relief valve during this reporting period.
