Description of Occurrence:
At 2130 hours0.0247 days <br />0.592 hours <br />0.00352 weeks <br />8.10465e-4 months <br /> on January 20, 1977, a leak was discovered at a weld on the 3 inch side of a 3"/2" reducer located in the resin transfer line fon the Spent Fuel demineralizer. The 3"/2" reducer is approxi-mately 6 inches from the demineralizer.
