In accordance with Technical Specification 6.12.3.2 we have attached Reportable Occurrence Report Nos. 50-313/76-15, 16 and 18 concerning a leak in the upstream weld of CZ-65 (Resin Sluice Water to Spent Resin Storage Tank), the allowinI of the Sodium 'Ihiosulfate Tank (T-9) to fall below the Technical Qecification 3.3.4B limit, and breaker trips of the ge and penetration m ventilation systems, respectively.
