Description-of Occurrenec:
At approximately 0510 hours0.0059 days <br />0.142 hours <br />8.43254e-4 weeks <br />1.94055e-4 months <br /> on August 24, 1977, a small leak was discovered in the casing drain line of the "B" primary makeup pump.
An investigation revealed a crack in the pipe between the valve and elbow.

Analysis of Occurrence:
Since the makeup pump was still operable and the 1cakage was con-tained in a controlled area, there was no hazard to the health and safety of the public.
