Description of Occurrence:

At approximately 0232 hours0.00269 days <br />0.0644 hours <br />3.835979e-4 weeks <br />8.8276e-5 months <br /> on June 12, 1977, while performing a surveillance test on the Penetration Room Ventilation System, Circuit Breakers S2-6313 and S2-6314 tripped. These two breakers are for Valve CV-2133 (Standby System Filter Discharge) and Valve CV-2126 (Lead System Filter bype,s).

Analysis of Occurrence:

Since both circuits were proven operable during the last surveillance test and the lead circuit wcs proven operable on June 12, 1977, there was no hazard to the health and safety of the public.

10. Corrective Action:

' The themal overload setting was increased in both of the circuit breakers and the surveillance test was reperformed. The circuit proved to be operable.
