By letter dated November 15, 1990, Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo) provided a revised edition of the " Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program Second Ten Year Interval' for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3. In the letter, PECo submitted 17 relief requests for information or review and approval. Nine of the relief requests were new, six were revised and two were unchanged, in a letter dated March 19, 1992, the licensee withdrew relief request RR-07 and further revised five relief requests. By letter dated April 16, 1992, PEco provided an additional relief request revision.
