Included in Appendix B of this revised edition of the ISI l program is the " Augmented Inspection Program-5" (Aug-5), " Snubber l Examination and Test Program". This program was developed based on recent industry inspection data and standards, and.is intended to replace the current PBAPS. Technical Specifications Surveillance Requirement 4.11.D. Philadelphia Electric Company will separately submit a license change request that deletes Surveillance Requirement 4.11.D. We request your review and approval of Aug-5 so i

that it may be implemented when the license change request is approved.

(ISI) Program Second Ten Year Interval" document, which includes ISI tables and ASME Section XI drawings, is'available for reference at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station or the Philadelphia Electric Company Nuclear Group Headquarters.
