Turkey Point Unit 3 Notification of Unusual Event Docket No. 50-250 Alert Homestead, Florida Site Area Emergency General Emergency X Not Applicable SUBKCT: SHUTDOWN IN EXCESS OF 48 HOURS The licensee has notified Region II that the reactor will be shut down for about eight to ten days to repair a boot seal between the condenser and the low pressure turbine.
Additional work on power operated relief valves is planned.
