Results:

Inspection' results indicate a continuing problem in',the operational effectiveness of the Turkey Poiot 1 Security Program.

The necessity for

upgrading security systems, associated equipment and f aciliti es, and

' improvement in management and shift-level supervision and communications have been discussed and documented in previous inspection reports. The licensee has
