I hereby request all records related to the installation and use of a plant-specific nuclear power plant control room simulator for Boston Edison Company's Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. This request includes, but is not limited to,~ design t

.information on the simulator, comparisons of the simulator performance to other simulators or to industry standards and guidelines, plans and procedures for the use of the simulator in operator training activities, and commitments made by Boston i Edison Company to the NRC regarding the use of the simulator I and the timing of its installation. I I reserve the Attorney General's right to appeal the withholding or deletion of any material.

The Attorney' General conoucts j such a review regarding the reasonableness of the company's: i' actions as part of his. representation of Massachusetts consumers before the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities. Provision .of the requested documents with waiver of fee will both facilitate this review process and reduce the cost of providing this governmental service for Massachusetts.
