Dear Mr. Goldberg:
This is to document the meeting of November 6,1986, at the NRC Region IV office with H. R. Wisenburg of your staff.
At that meeting we discussed licensing scheduling for South Texas Project Electric Generating Station (STP), Unit 1, including action items and licensee commitments. The action parties and need dates for various open items were clarified. Other items of mutual interest were discussed including the bottom mounted instrument vibration fix.
Except for several schedular adjustments, no new commitments were made or agreements reached.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has provided for a better understanding of scheduling requirements. In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
Sincerely, Drizinal Sfcnod Cy J. E. Gcatrdo J. E. Gagliardo, Chief Reactor Projects Branch Attachments: i A. Attendance list B. Briefing Handouts
