Dear Mr. Cottle:
This refers to the inspection conducted on September 20 to 24,1999, at the South Texas
Project Electric Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 facilities. This inspection covered your
requalification training program and observation of requalification activities. The enclosed
report presents the results of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
