d (HL&P) submitted to the NRC, the First Ten-Year Interval: Inservice' Inspection Program: Plan and Requests for Relief RR-ENG-08 and RR-ENG-09 for the South: i Texas Project, Unit 2. -The program plan was' submitted for review,and evaluation ~ l of its compliance with the requirements of'the 1983 Edition,' including-Addenda .
