This is to inform you of the postponement of the visit to the U.S. by representativet,ofGOSPR0f'ATOMNAD20R(GPAN) USSR. Details concerning their planned visit to your South Texas Project (STP) site were provided by our letter dated October 24, 1990.
The postponement resulted from the fact that the GPAN representatives were unable to obtain seats on the Aeroflot (the USSR national airline) flight from Moscow on the desired date.
It is our understanding that they will try again to obtain seats in about two weeks.
If they are successful, we may attempt to reschedule their visit to STP.
