2 Security Plan and Procedure The James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Station Security Plan, dated May 16, 1977, with Revision 8, dated March 14, 1986 and a temporary change dated September 10, 1986, were reviewed by the inspectors. The licensee is planning further modifications to the protected area, the auxiliary access facility, the new radwaste storage facility, and the primary access facility.
