Three procedures that implement the WCGS RERP have been revised. The revised documents are identified below:

Procedures Effective Dates EPP 06-001, Rev. 31A June 11, 2020 EPP 06-022, Rev. 7 June 11, 2020 EPP 06-024, Rev. 0 June 11, 2020 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing procedures explain that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP. Attachment I to RA 20-0067 Page 1 of 1 Summary of Changes to Three Procedures that Implement the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS)

1. Procedure EPP 06-001, CONTROL ROOM OPERATIONS, Rev. 31A Procedure EPP 06-001 has been revised to incorporate administrative corrections.

Corrected IER L2-11-39 title. Step 3.2.4, deleted second "Response."

These administrative changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

2. Procedure EPP 06-022, TONE ALERT RADIO MAINTENANCE AND COMPENSATING MEASURES, Rev. 7 Tone alert radios are no longer necessary to support the Wolf Creek 44 CFR 350 IPAWS Design Report that was approved by FEMA on Oct. 7, 2019 with concurrence from the NRC received Dec. 17, 2019.

The procedure is being superseded by EPP 06-024, ALERT NOTIFICATION SYSTEM.

The change does not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

3. Procedure EPP 06-024, ALERT AND NOTIFICATION SYSTEM, Rev. 0 A new Alert and Notification System (ANS) that uses Integrated Public Alert Warning System (IPAWS)/ Wireless Emergency Alerting (WEA) and IPAWS/EAS (Emergency Alert System) is being implemented. IPAWS/WEA and IPAWS/EAS replace the use of outdoor sirens and tone alert radios as the primary ANS.

EPP 06-022, TONE ALERT RADIO MAINTENANCE AND COMPENSATING MEASURES is being superseded by EPP 06-024.

The creation of the new procedure does not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
