Attachment to RA 22-0087 Page 2 of 2 Summary of Changes to One Procedure that Implements the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS)

1. Procedure AP 06-002, RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN, Rev. 23 Procedure AP 06-002 is being revised to incorporate the changes approved in License Amendment 232 which includes revising the on-shift staffing composition, including the elimination of the dedicated shift technical advisor (STA) position and one Nuclear Station Operator (NSO) position. Additionally, the revision updates Attachment D and Figure 2 to conform to the changes made to the Emergency Plan and on-shift staffing as approved by NRC License Amendment 232, dated May 18, 2022.

With the exception of two minor editorial changes, this procedure revision is fully bounded by NRC approved License Amendment 232, dated May 18, 2022 (ADAMS No. ML22069A056).

The editorial changes include:

1. Correcting the reference to the State Plan from State Emergency Operations Plan to State of Kansas Radiological Emergency Response Plan for Nuclear Facilities
2. Updating organization names and title changes that have been previously approved and implemented The editorial changes have no impact on the effectiveness of the Wolf Creek Radiological Emergency Response Plan.
