Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP)

1. Form EPF 06-018-09, "Off-Site Monitoring Inventory Checklist," Rev. 8 The type of flashlight batteries listed on page 1 has been changed to AA batteries and the quantity of plastic bags listed on page 2 has been changed to 15 to support placing samples in multiple bags. Editorial changes were made to the sign-off, review and approval sections to be consistent with form EPF 06-018-12, "Emergency Operations Facility Inventory Checklist." The changes to form EP 06-018-09 enhance the inventory process and, therefore, do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
2. Form EPF 06-018-12, "Emergency Operations Facility Inventory Checklist,"

Rev. 14 Numerous changes to items listed on pages 1 through 9 were made to add items or increase quantities to support emergency response teams dispatched from the Alternate Technical Support Center and to update information for satellite telephones and global positioning system equipment. Minor editorial changes were made to some section titles.

The changes to form EPF 06-018-12 added new supplies and equipment, deleted outdated items and clarified information for other items on the inventory. The changes to form EPF 06-018-12 enhance the inventory process and, therefore, do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
