One procedure and one form that implement the WCGS RERP have been revised. The revised documents are identified below:
Procedure EPP 06-019, Rev. 9A Effective Date Form October 2, 2016 EPF 06-018-16, Rev. 3A Effective Date October 2, 2016 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing procedure and the implementing form explains that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP. This letter contains no commitments.

Attachment to RA 16-0068 Page 1 of 1 Summary of Changes to One Procedure and One Form That Implement the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP)
- 1. Procedure EPP 06-019, "Alert and Notification System Sirens," Rev. 9A The siren identifier for the Burlington #2 Emergency Response Siren listed in Attachment A has been corrected to BW2. This change is editorial in nature and does not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
- 2. Form EPF 06-018-16, "Topeka Joint Information Clearinghouse (JIC) Inventory Checklist," Rev. 3A A line item for a CD/DVD binder in this inventory has been deleted because this binder is noted in the comments column for the Technical Specifications (TS061) CD-ROM item. This editorial change provides consistency for CD-ROM items that are required to be inventoried and does not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
