Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP)
- 1. Form APF 06-002-01, "EMERGENCY ACTION LEVELS," Rev. 178 The page count of Form APF 06-002-01 was incorrect due to two extra page breaks in the form. This revision removes the extra page breaks on pages 9 and 27 which corrects the total page count to 37.
These changes are administrative and editorial in nature. Therefore, these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
