Attachment to RA 17-0063 Page 1 of 1 Summary of Changes to One Procedure that Implements the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP)

1. Procedure AP 06-004, "Equipment Important to Emergency Response," Rev. 5 The thermocouple subcooling monitor cabinets, asset numbers RP081A and RP081 B, have been added to the table of Equipment Important to Emergency Response on page 10 of 22 in Attachment C to procedure AP 06-004. Monitoring of the core exit thermocouples (CETs) has been added as an additional compensatory measure for the containment high range area radiation monitors, asset numbers GTRE0059 and GTRE0060, on pages 6 of 22 and 7 of 22 in Attachment C to procedure AP 06-004.

Additional editorial changes were made to change "HP" to "RP" throughout the procedure, correct spelling errors and restore notes to Figure 2, which were inadvertently deleted in a previous revision. The changes to procedure AP 06-004 support accurate identification and implementation of compensatory measures for equipment important to emergency response and the restoration of that equipment.

Therefore, these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.
