Revision of One Procedure and Two Forms that Implement the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS)

One procedure and two forms that implement the WCGS RERP have been revised. The revised documents are identified below:
_Procedure EPP 06-012, Rev. 15A Form EPF 06-007-02, Rev. OA EPF 06-007-03, Rev. OA Effective Date August 8, 2019 Effective Dates August 22, 2019.
August 22, 2019 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing procedure and the implementing forms explains that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP. - 1. Procedure EPP 06-012, "Dose Assessment," Rev. 15A The procedure provides guidance for determining release rates and for estimating off-site dose to the Whole Body and Thyroid.
The procedure is being revised to make administrative corrections. Step 7.1.2, changed from "Rev. 5.2" to "Rev 5.3." The electronic version of EDCP has been revised. The current revision number is updated to align with the correct revision.
These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
- 2. Form EPF 06-007-02, "WCGS Immediate Emergency Notification," Rev. OA The form has been changed to make administrative corrections. Changed primary phone number for State EOC Activated, and Senior Resident phone number.
