Scope: This special, announced inspectior , involving eight inspector hours

onsite was precipitated by a licensee report on January 3, 1986, of a moderate

loss of security effectiveness. It was preceded by an enforcement conference

held in the Region II office on January 14, 1986.

Results: A violation was identified in the area of Physical Barriers -
