This routine unannounced inspection. was conducted in =the areas of Management Support, Records and Reports, Lighting, Testing and Maintenance,. Assessment Aids, Access Control - Personnel Packages and Vehicles, Compensatory Measures,
.
i Alarm Stations and Communications, and Safeguards Contingency-Plan i
Implementation Review.

Results:
l In the areas inspected, two' Non-Cited Violations-.were - identified..The-j Non-Cited Violations' were, failure. to conduct a psychological examination of fj plant employees and! failure to meet established false ' alarm rate of intrusion a
detection equipment. The licensee was advised that since the last inspection a significant reduction of lost / misplaced badges was noted Additionally,. the
use of security officers to perform equipment monitoring of the: plant safety l
equipment was discussed. The licensee was infomred that the alarm ~ station j
electronic switcher was malfunctioning during the inspection, and that it' had
- !
been.noted that the licensee was attempting to. correct the. deficiency.
