On October 12, 1983, we stated to the Appeal Board that we were " realistically targeting March 31, 1984 for Waterford 3 fuel load, with an officially scheduled fuel load date of May 31, 1984."

Weireiterated our faith in the March 31 target date in our January 13-answer _to Joint Intervenors' motion. Since then, for reasons Applicant feels to be largely beyond its control, the target date has slipped by about four weeks, although the officially scheduled

' fuel _ load date remains the same. Applicant now expects the plant to

'be ready-for fuel loading by April 30, 1984.
