Jordan and Foreman Page Three November 12, 1982 Board's' Memorandum and Order, Applicant has provided two further interim drafts to the Staff, FEMA and the Joint Intervenors. The enclosed proof incorporates the comments of the Staff and FEMA on these later drafts as well. Joint Intervenors were contacted by counsel for Applicant, but indicated that they have no comments at this time.

The printer's proof of the booklet and the color sketch have been marked " Applicant Exhibit 13".and " Applicant Exhibit 14,"

respectively. The exhibits arebeing served as indicated on the attached service list, with tha- three additional copies to be served on the Board being transmitted directly to Judge Wolfe.
