Louisiana Power & Light Company, Waterford. Steam. Electric. Station, Unit 3 (Docket No. 50-382)

Dear Shep:

With reference to our telephone conversation Wednesday, all sirens within the Waterford 3 EPZ will be tested by Parish officials, prior to fuel loading, for rotational function, output, and audibility at the perimeter of each siren's effective range.

Much of this has already been accomplished.

As a result of testing in March, two sirens are being added within St. John the Baptist Parish, and two sirens within each Parish are being relocated.

Tests for rotational function and output have been completed, and all installed sirens now perform satisfactorily.

When the new sirens have been installed, and when the relocation is completed, the system will be retested for area coverage.
