In accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C.
Section 552, we hereby request the following:

All documents including and relating to the August 11, 1981 interim report of the Advisory Committee on j
Reactor Safeguards concerning Louisiana Power and Light Company's (LP&L) Waterford III nuclear power plant.
2.
All documents including and relating to the December 6, 1982 report of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission concerning LP&L's Waterford III nuclear power plant.
3.
All documents relating to any Notices of Violations (10 C.F.R. 2.201) Civil Penalties; (10 C.F.R. 2.205), and Orders (10 C.F.R. 2.202 and 2.204) which involve or were im-posed upon LP&L, its agents, employees, contractors, and/or subcontractors in connection with facility construction at LP&L's Waterford III nuclear power plant.
4.
All documents evaluating or discussing in any way construction progress and performance by LP&L, its agents, employees, contzactors, and/or subcontractors in connection with LP&L's Waterford III nuclear power plant.

All documents evaluating or discussing in any way performance by LP&L, its agents, employees, contractors, and/or subcontractor of quality assurance / quality control requirements in connection with LP&L's Waterford III nuclear power plant.
As used in this request, " document" includes, but is not limited to, correspondence, memoranda, reports, notices, decress, orders, records, computer printouts, schedules, and writings of any kind.
We ask that the requested documents be made available at an identified location within 10 days hereof.
