Quad-Cities Station Unit 2 Facility Operating Iicense No. DPR-30 NRC Docket No. 50-265 Reference (a) T. A. Ippolito letter to C. Reed dated July 27, 1979

Dear Sir:

Reference (a) transmitted Amendment No. 49 to License No. DPR-30 for Quad-Cities Station Unit 2.

Our review of this amendment disclosed a discrepancy between the paragraph numbers in our copy of the license and that of the NRC Staff. Further investigation indicated that during incorporation of Amendment No. 22 to DPR-30, dated Februa ry 26, 1976, we erroneously neglected to delete para-graph 3.E Recirculation Loop Inoperable from our copies of the license as directed.

In order to correct these identified errors, our copies o f License No. DPR-30 will be changed as follows:

1. Paragraph 3.C Recirculf rion Ioop Inoperable will be de eted.

2. Paragraph 3.F Security Plan will be renumbered 3.E.

3. Paragraph 3.F will be added as indicated i.:

Incorporating the aforementioned corrections should bring all copies of License No. DPR-30 into agreement.
