This refers to the meeting conducted on April 2, 2009, in Vidalia, GA. The purpose of the meeting/open house session was to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant with the public for the period of January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008. The poster board information displayed during the open house is enclosed.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
