requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the document entitled " Evaluation of Transient Behavior and Small Reactor Coolant System Breaks in the 177 Fuel Assembly Plant," Volume III, dated May 16, 1979, regarding the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1.
The requested report was submitted to Mr. Reid of NRC by letter May 22, 1979, from Mr. Roe of Toledo Edison.
