Dear Sir or Madam:
This is a request for information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act as amended (5 U.S.C. 552)
I request a complete and thorough search of all filing systems for I
all records or documents maintained by your agency concerning a reactor l
trip due to loss of feedwater at the Davis-Besse nuclear power plant on Jan. 1, 1987.
For your information, Davis-Besse's docket number is 50-346. Also for your reference, a Licensee Event Report Number 87-001 dated Feb. 2,1987, describes this incident.
The documents I am seeking include, but are not limited to, Toledo Edison reports on this incident, reports from any investigations of this incident by the NRC, and correspondence between Toledo Edison and the NRC about the incident.
