Dear Mr. Webb:
This is in response to your letter dated June 19, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the document entitled " Evaluation of Transient Behavior and Small Reactor Coolant System Breaks in the 177 Fuel Assembly Plant," Volume III, dated May 16, 1979, regarding the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1.
The requested report was submitted to Mr. Reid of NRC by letter May 22, 1979, from Mr. Roe of Toledo Edison. Copies of the letter and report have been made available for public inspection and copying at the NRC's Public Document Room in Washington, DC 20555, under accession number 7905290419.
We are enclosing a copy of a notice that provides procedures and charges for obtaining records from the Public Document Room.
