Docket No. 50-000304 that is being submitted pursuant to 10CFR50.73(a)(2)(ii) which requires a 30 day written report when "any event is found while the reactor is shutdown that involves degradatien of the principle safety barriers or unanalyzed conditions that compromise plant safety",

50.73(a)(2)(v) which requires a 30 day written report when "any event or condition occurs that alone could have prevented the fulfillment of the safety function of structures or systems that are needed to: ...(C)

Control the release of radioactive material", and 50.73(a)(2)(vii) which requires a 30 day written report when "any event occurs where a single cause or condition caused at least one independent train or channel to become inoperable in a single system designed to: ..(C) Control the release of radioactive material."

With the pipe being in an acceptable condition, a inodification has been inued upgrading the support condition and will be instahed gnior to Unit 2 start-up A wall.down of the small bore piping that has M)V/MOV type 30418097SCAQ00008 02 containment isolation valves, hicated in the containment penetration area of the Unit 2 venical pipe chase, and does not have a current computer analysis, will be performed to identify any other similar conditions as identified on the 2DT040 3/4" line. Mmlifications to the identified piping will le designed and installed prior to Unit 2 start-up.
