Gentlemen:
In Reference 1, the NRC identified two related apparent violations of NRC requirements. Reference 2 provided the Comed response to the apparent violations and contained several regulatory commitments.
This letter is to revise the scope of one of the commitments contained in Reference 2.
Attachment A provides both the original and revised commitment scope.

Commitment Change Justification:
The temporary alteration and the modification are detcrmined to be equivalent. The change in commitment was evaluated as satisfactory using the Nuclear Energy Institute commitment change methodology as committed to in Reference 3.
