The conference call was held to discuss our proposed Zion Nuclear Power Station Defueled Station Emergency Plan and exemptions from 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50.47(c)(2) submitted in Reference 2.
We have reviewed Reference 1. We are in agreement with its contents and acknowledge Reference 1 contains an accurate summation of the information we communicated to the NRC during the July 13,1999, telephone conference call.
