ATI'ACilMENT A REGULATORY COMMITMENTS The following identifies those actions committed to by Comed in this document. Any other actions discussed is this submittal represent intended or planned actions by Comed. They are described to the NRC for the NRC's information and are not regulatory commitments.
Regulatory Commitments Tracking Number The Instrument Maintenance Department will revise the appropriate 29518097SCAQ00015-01 surveillance procedures to ensure that the pressurizer pressure channel is adequately tested.
The pressurizer pressure "B" bistable will be tested prior to Unit 2 29518097SCAQ00015-02 mode change.
To prevent recurrence, the System Engineering Department will 29518097SCAQ00015-03 perform a review of Instrument Maintenance procedures to account for adequate overlap testing of other similar Eagle 21 bistable outputs. Any testing required as a result of this review will be completed prior to improved Technical Specification implementation.
