REGULATORY COMMITMENTS The following identifies those actions committed to by Comed in this document. Any other actions discussed in this submittal represent intended or planned actions by Comed. They are described to the NRC for the NRC's information and are not regulatory commitments.
Regulatory Commitments Tmcking Number Radiation Protection will revise its procedures to ensure that 30418098SCAQ00002-01 appropriate prerequisites, cautions, and/or steps are in place to identify to the user that required plant conditions are necessary to perform the work and the possible effects (monitor automatic functions) that can occur as a result of work performed on a radiation monitor Operations will issue a required reading package outlining this 30418098SCAQ00002-02 event and its lessons learned to include the following:
a. outline of the event and causal factors b. the need to a maintain our focus on Operating Standards c. reinforce the use of Ops Policy 2's "ESF Work Checklist" to prevent ESF actuations's d. the error in the Comed Reportability Manual
