This report transmits the results of the subject operator licensing examinations conducted by the l
NRC during the period of July 2 to 14,1999, at your facilities: These examinations addressed
areas important to public health and safety and were developed and administered using the !
guidelines of the " Examination Standards for Power Reactors" (NUREG-1021, Interim
Revision 8).
)
Based on the results of the examinations, six of six limited senior reactor operator applicants .
passed all portions of the examinations. The preliminary conclusions of the examination

activities were discussed betweer Mr. S. Dennis and Mr. P. Orphanos and others of your staff {
on July 19,1999. j
in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
