Item 4 of the Attachment to the Indemnity Agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:

Item 4 - Location All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures of Commonwealth Edison Company's Dresden Nuclear Station (including but not limited to Units 1, 2 and 3) within the plant-security fence and the switchyards adjacent to but not enclo;ed by the plant security fence, all located in Goose Lake Township, Grundy County, Illinois.

Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreements deleted in its entirtty and the following substituted therefor:

Item 4 - Location All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures of Commonwealth Edison Company's Byron Nuclear Station (including but not limited to Units 1 and 2, the transmission and pipeline corridor to the Rock River and the switchyards of Units 1 and 2) within the area bounded by the plant fencing and the railroad spur line.on the northern perimeter. The site is located 2.2 miles east of the Rock River and 3.7 miles southeast of the City of Byron, Rockvale Township, Ogle County, Illinois.
