APPLICATION UNDER GENERIC LETTER 87-09 FOR LASALLE: COUNTY STATION -
~ UNITS 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. 75789 AND 75790) 1 The basis for accepting Specification 3.0.4-related amendments under Generic Letter 87-09 is predicated on two assumptions, namely, (1) that the remedial.',

In addition, we request that you identify and affirm those procedures, management i

Your affirmation shouldt address training necessary for ensuring that plant operators are.made t
aware of, and are instructed to exercise, the controls promulgated in limiting l l
the use of such exceptions.
