The Supply System currently holds Materials License No. 46-17964-02.for;the  !

4 storage of nuclear materials at Nuclear Project No. '1 (WNP-1). This license '

expires on January 31, 1995.

or stored under License No. 46-17964-02, and since past. activities have. not resulted in a need for decommissioning activities. of WNP-1 to allow for the release of the site for unrestricted use and termination of the license, the Supply System requests exemption, in accordance with 10CFR30.11(a),- from the -

requirements of 10CFR30.35 for License No. 46-17964-02. ,

prior to the receipt of nuclear s ierials'under License 46-17964-02, submit a  ;
