They feel that a continued quality control production push by L.K. Comstock management may necessitate a complete re-inspection effor Two of the individuals stated that they felt the NRC was spread too thin, and that because of this, the NRC has not been able to address this production emphasis and its affect on quality.

ALLEGATION FROM CECO THAT CERTAIN LKC INSPECTORS WILL ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT CERTAIN LKC MANAGERS On April 4,1985, at approximately 5:08 p.m. , I received a telephone call from D. Shamblin, Project Construction Superintendent, concerning information CECO had obtained from the site " grapevine". This source of information' purported that six (6) LKC QC inspectors will try to discredit certaic LKC managers.
The six QC inspectors were identified by name. The names along with CECO perceived spelling were:

T. Zych H. Himes E. DeWald L. Seiss Mr. Shamblin stated that legitimate items will be investigated, but that the six aforementioned QC inspectors were perceived as troublemakers. The fact that they were involved with some union activity was also mentioned. !
