Dear Messrs. f.HHer and Gund:
At the Tuesday, July 8, 1986 hearing session, I indicated to you and the Board that the Staff would undertake an additional search of its files and offices for documents responsive to the allegations of John D.
Seeders, Worley O.
Puckett, and any of the 24 L.K. Comstock quality control inspectors attending the March 29, 1985 meeting at the Braidwood NRC Resident Inspectors' office.
(See Tr. 6733).
I further stated that the Staff would produce all documents " generated since the date of its last disclosure and any documents that may have been overlooked in its initial disclosure." (Id. )
The Staff, having completed its search, has identified the following responsive documents which are enclosed with this letter:

The Staff recently received a new allegation from one of the quality control inspectors in attendance at the March 29, 1985 meeting.
This allegation has been assigned allegation number RIII-86-A-0079.
The Staff j
has elected not to disclose documents responsive to this allegation at this time because its investigation of this allegation is in progress. The Staff i
will produce these documents promptly upon completion of the pending investigation.
During the July 8,1986 hearing session, I stated also that in addi-tion to the aforementioned categories of documents, the Staff would identify and disclose documents in its possession relating to allegations of harassment or intimidation against Irving F.
DeWald, Larry G.
- Seese, Robert V.
Seltman, or Anthony T. Similie.

The Staff's search did not result in the identification of any documents responsive to this category which previously have not been identified and produced.

\\ Please note also that the enclosed documents are being produced under the same conditions applicable to the Staff's January 10, 1986 disclosure.
In other words, these documents are being made available to you in discovery based on the understanding that they are confidential as that term is used in the Board's December 6, 1985 Protective Order.
