At98%power,thecondensate bypassvalveopened,powerwasreducedto92%.Thelowcondensate pressurewasduetothe"A"condensate pumpstillundergoing annualoverhaulandthedischarge valveofthe"B"condensate pumpwasnotinthefullopenpositionduetoafaultypositionindicator.

On,Apiil11,arelayonthemaintransformer fancoolersfailed,loadreduction wasstartedandterminated whenthefancoolerswerereinstalled.

Operation at92%continued duetocondensate pumpmaintenance.

Majorsafetyrelatedmaintenance included:

1.Replacement ofafaultybistableonOverpressure Protection Channel452.2.Replacement ofabadbatchboardonBoricAcidFlowChannel110.3.Replacement ofadamagedvalvediaphragm onthecontainment radiogas/particulate monitorpumpreturntocontainment.

4.RepairtotheflowcontrolvalveFCVllOAforthenormalflowpathfromtheBoricAcidTankstotheReactorCoolantSystem.5.Replacement ofaleaking31/2"longpieceofpipeadjacenttoFCVllOA.Inaddition, thecheckvalvenexttothispieceofpipewasalsoreplacedasapreventive measure.
