John Walden TELEPHONE: 716 771-3588 MONTH Se tember 1996 The unit began the month at full power. A manual shutdown of the unit on September 6, 1996 was initiated due to a leaking safety injection test line relief valve and a secondary system steam leak. The unit was placed on-line on September 10, 1996 following completion of repairs.'ull power operations continued from September 11, 1996 through the end of the month.
